TOKYO (Feb. 12) — Technology developed by Visban will be presented at the Univ×SU Innovation Boost Demo Day, “University as a Gateway — Startup Product Validation and Business Growth Through University Collaboration,” scheduled for Feb. 25.

Visban co-founder and director Ryosuke Kuwada is expected to discuss results from the company’s collaboration with Tokyo Metropolitan University, where trials are being conducted using a local 5G millimeter-wave network. The presentation will outline field validation findings and progress toward practical deployment of network-controlled repeaters
Visban develops AI-controlled millimeter-wave propagation technologies that combine glass-substrate RF devices with its V-Mesh architecture. The company says university partnerships help validate performance in real environments and support next-generation wireless deployments.
